Refund Policy
How cancellations, unfinished work and issues with an agreed deliverable are handled.
Requesting a cancellation
Email [email protected] with your name, project reference if available and the work you wish to cancel. Cancellation is assessed against the accepted scope and the work already completed. A consultation alone creates no payment obligation.
Before work begins
If you cancel before any agreed work has begun, payments for that work are refunded in full. If an assignment cannot proceed on the agreed basis, we discuss a revised arrangement or a refund for the unperformed work.
After work has begun
You pay only for the agreed work already performed and any separately authorised non-recoverable costs, subject to applicable rights. The completed portion and calculation are explained in writing. Any payment exceeding that amount is returned. An initial payment is not automatically forfeited.
Corrections and scope issues
If a deliverable does not match an agreed requirement, identify the passage and requirement by email. We review it and offer the appropriate correction or resolution. Our own errors are corrected at no extra charge. Added pages or a changed brief are handled as scope changes rather than included revisions.
Refund timing and mandatory rights
Once a refund amount is agreed, it is arranged within 10 business days using the original payment method where practicable, unless applicable law requires a shorter period or another method is agreed. Provider processing times may vary. These arrangements do not limit statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply.
